Shipping policy
1. Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping throughout India on orders above INR 6000.
For orders below 6000 a flat fee of INR 100 is applied.
For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
2. International Shipping
We deliver to more than 200 countries around the world and offer different shipping options as applicable.
International Shipping Charges are calculated during checkout.
All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Hyderabad, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
Navishka takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done. This is in line with international standards of shipping. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us.

4. Delivery Timelines

within 3-5 days after the date of dispatch.

within 4-8 days after the date of dispatch.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.
5. Errors in Shipping Address
If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us within 2 hours. We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
