Refund policy

We follow a stringent quality check protocol for every piece of merchandise and take pictures before it is packed and shipped to you. Hence, Returns and Exchanges of our products are only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note only.

1. DAMAGED GOODS

 If you feel your product is damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receipt with pictures of the damage. We will exchange the same product in the same size subject to the availability of the required fabrics and other materials once we receive the damaged product from you.

Only in scenarios where it is not possible to make the same product, a full store credit will be applicable for damaged products.

Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, feel or handwork. 

2. WRONG ORDERS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and name along with pictures of the product you received. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

3. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

We do not accept returns on any customized items under any circumstances since all items have been customized as per your request and post your approval.

If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.

3. CANCELLATIONS

We shall not be able to process the cancellation after 24 hours or if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.

4. TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE 

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you with all the labels and tags intact with the original packaging along with the receipt. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging. 

The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for your own protection. 

The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility. Navishka will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled or lost. 

All returns will only be on a store credit basis only. A credit note will be sent to the billing address provided by you. This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.
